Sam is an award-winning Realtor with extensive experience in marketing real estate, building client relationships, and growing a RE/MAX office from zero to over 100 agents. Licensed at 17, Sam went on to create one of the most dynamic, hard-working real estate teams in the industry. A graduate of Houston Baptist University, Sam literally worked his way through school selling houses. As a second-generation real estate agent, he learned what it took to be successful in helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Two years in a row, Sam was named the “#1 RE/MAX Agent in Texas” and also “Broker/Owner of the Year” in the RE/MAX of Texas network. Sam knows what it takes to be a Top Producer and has personally trained, coached and mentored hundreds of real estate agents to do the same, recognizing that his systems are duplicable and implementable.
Freddy Rodriguez, M.B.A.
Freddy is a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry & Houston Fire Dept. veteran and earned a BBA in Finance & Management (2005) and Executive MBA (2011) from the University of Houston. He converted his RE/MAX Inner Loop office to RE/MAX Top Realty in September 2018 in order to provide his Realtors with state-of-the-art technology, systems, tools and training. Freddy was named 2017 “Broker/Owner of the Year” in the RE/MAX of Texas Network. His primary focus is to recruit A-players and to assist in their personal development and growth.
Katie is a third-generation Realtor and has been licensed since 2006, earning her broker license in 2011. She is focused on agent productivity, all office communication, and behind-the-scenes technology. Katie also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and Writing from Houston Baptist University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and watching YouTube tutorials.
Rachel has been with RE/MAX Top Realty since 2003. Although not licensed, she has been around the real estate business over 30 years. Rachel handles all bookkeeping for the office and insures each agent belongs. She enjoys spending time with the family, working out, and watching Hallmark movies.
Arthur De Los Angeles
Arthur serves as Director of Agents Services & Solutions and is a Licensed Real Estate agent. He has been with Top Realty for eighteen years and licensed for fifteen. Arthur’s past experience as a project manager for an engineering firm and attention to detail has been a plus in his real estate career. Hobbies include fishing, boating, and enjoys cruising in his convertible on Galveston’s scenic roads.
Taylor is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in MIS and was a consultant for 8 years before taking time off to raise her daughters. After her 10 year break from the workforce, Taylor is now our Director of Finance and helps our Realtors & brokerage run smoothly and efficiently.
Jacqui Sanchez, Ed.D
Jacqui Sanchez works internally with our team of agents to help them refine their communication and presentation skills and works to ensure they can properly communicate and present ideas to clients.
Jacqui has worked in higher education for the last 18 years and has taught classes ranging from Introduction to
Public Relations to Advanced Public Speaking.

Faisel Tajiran, M.B.A.
Faisel graduated from University of Houston in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and continued to obtain a Master’s in Business Administration in 2015 from U of H as well. He has over 15 years of IT & Digital Marketing consulting experience, and is certified in Google Ads & Analytics. Faisel also has over 10 years of web development experience. When he’s not nerding out, he enjoys bodybuilding, brisk walks, and sitting on patios with his rescue dog, Zara.

The new partners -real estate entrepreneurs from different eras- say the goals of the union are growth, and providing a greater agent and customer experience via more locations, services, synergy and conveniences.

Sam’s original RE/MAX Top Realty location, 2911 S Sam Houston Pkwy E at 288 subsequently launched an additional location at 20514 Hwy 6, Suite E, in Manvel. He and his daughter Katie Ferreri-See, both alumni of Houston Baptist University, will continue to implement their complete agent development program, a comprehensive approach that encompasses ongoing training & sparing towards the goal of mastery of real estate sales and business skills.

With an MBA from UH, former Marine & one-time Houston Firefighter Freddy Rodriguez operated Inner Loop Realty at 2011 Leeland in EaDo (east downtown Houston) prior to franchising with RE/MAX in 2013. Aggressively growing his office and searching for additional value components, he opened the first Motto Mortgage in Texas. The relationship provides a one-stop shopping experience, a great convenience to both homebuyers and agents.
“When we christened RE/MAX Inner Loop we were calling attention to our specialization in the just-developing east side of downtown, which was vastly underserved at the time,” said Freddy. “However, as our company grew and our service area expanded all over town, the name seemed restrictive. Since the RE/MAX Top Realty brand has decades of equity, it was logical for us to all operate under that respected banner.”
